Besan Malai Modak

Besan Malai Modak

Besan modak is a traditional Indian sweet dish made during festivals, especially during Ganesh Chaturthi. It's made from besan (gram flour), ghee (clarified butter), and sugar, and often flavored with cardamom and garnished with nuts. The mixture is shaped into small, cone-like dumplings or modaks. These sweet treats are offered to Lord Ganesha and enjoyed as a festive delicacy.
