Ingredients:

  • 1 cup - raw green mango, peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup - fresh mint leaves, washed

  • 3 - dry red chilli

  • 2-3 - green chilies (adjust according to your spice preference)

  • 1 teaspoon - cumin seeds

  • ½ teaspoon - salt or to taste

  • ½ teaspoon - black salt

  • 2 teaspoon - sugar

  • Water (as needed)


Instructions:


  • Wash the raw green mango, peel it, and chop it into small pieces.

  • In a blender or food processor, add the chopped raw mango, fresh mint leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, and a pinch of salt.

  • Blend all the ingredients together until you get a smooth paste. You can add a little water if needed to achieve your desired consistency.
